Inappropriate when speaking to employees and customers. Lack of leadership, she had no patience towards me so she told another employee to help me out and she went to the back and slam the door. Ive been help out before by good employees such as Markos and Jesse. But Juliana is a bad fit for this job. Never coming back to this T-mobile until they get rid of her.
